Favorite Scene/ Line

I am watching this movie right now, and I always laugh my head off when Abby throws Brian the shoe and the neighbor yells at him and he says

"What's your problem?"

My favorite line in the whole movie.

"Obviously Mr. Ringo is an Educated man. Now I really hate him." Doc Holiday, TOMBSTONE

Favorite line would definitely be: "My regime? The regime from which the radicals are trying to get free? Are we selling face cream or staging a coup?"

Those damn sales ladys try to get you every time...this cracks me up

"Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat."

My favorite quote from the movie is as follows...

Brian: You know how someone's appearance can change the longer you know them? How a really attractive person, if you don't like them, can become more and more ugly; whereas someone you might not have even have noticed... that you wouldn't look at more than once, if you love them, can become the most beautiful thing you've ever seen. All you want to do is be near them.

"We can love our pets, we just can't LOVE our pets."

I completely agree with Sweet2773. This always makes me laugh: "My regime? The regime from which the radicals are trying to get free? Are we selling face cream or staging a coup?"

My favorite lines are these:

Noelle: "What's wrong, Abby?"
Abby: "Nothing that a rooftop and an AK-47 won't take care of."

Abby: "I don't know...I was mesmerized by his eyebrows, they say SO much about a person."
Noelle: "Do they say GOAT CHEESE on them??"

Abby: "I gotta tell you something."
Brian: "What?"
Abby: "That night on the phone?...I'm pregnant."
Brian: "Are you sure it was me?"
Abby: "Actually, I don't know, I made a lot of calls that night."

Those crack me up everytime.

Abby (crying): If I was a guy, I think women would be like, lining up to go out with me. I'm smart, I have a great sense of humor, and make a great living...

Noelle (nods): I'd *beep* you.

Abby: (sighs) Thank you honey, I know you would.

That's probably my favorite set of lines. And everything else in the memorable quotes section at imdb.com get an honorable mention.

I *so* enjoy this movie. I think I'm going to have to go out and buy it.

Yeah that was the cutest usage of the F-word I've ever seen in a film.

Mine is when Jeanine and Uma are walking toward the makeup counter and Jeanine's reply to Uma's statement that they make the perfect couple "...no, you and I make the perfect political prisoner; we act self-righteous and starve." Now THAT's funny!

There are some terrific moments in this film - among mine:

Brian and Hank on the bridge, looking out and thinking about Noelle and Abby.

I'm quite a lovely person - apart from my terrible taste in pie.

when brian phones into the radio station and abby says

'whats wrong with your dog?' lol, it's just the way she says 'dog' makes me laugh so much, and I agree with where he says

'whats your problem!' to that random woman

"Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die"
