Ghouly dies twice in this movie

ghouly is killed by gaspare and his friend in the alley outside the bar with a knife,
then chris penn's character kills him with a gun at the end of the movie when he's sitting at the kitchen table eating breakfast,
i guess abel put it in as a joke
