I think mutiny didn't occur when Monfriez pointed his weapon to Capt. Walden or when he refused to follow orders. I think mutiny happened when he asked Ilario and Altameyer to join him.

If I'd been "Night Train" in that situation, I'd been hard pressed to give her my weapon, too. You ain't taking MY damn weapon with enemy combatants not even 200 meters away. Not gonna happen.

Plain and simple, you would be forcing an officer in that situation to shoot you. Because you have just sided with the enemy.

reply

Oh, well. Its about to be Wild West up in there, then, because she pointed her weapon at him first. By doing that, she jeopardized the entire crew. Not only is she creating and escalating a situation with a disgruntled Soldier, but by taking his weapon while being injured, she's compromising the firepower of the crew, by sitting her sorry ass on a perfectly good weapon and disarming a capable Soldier.

Freaking Officers...boy, I tell ya.

He threatened to leave first, lessening crew integrity and capability.
