Silly show

I've been intrigued about this show for years cause I kind of like the lead actress (she guest starred on Boston Legal) and it sounded kind of interesting.

Well, I finally watched an episode and it was pretty ridiculous. It starts with a rape, the rapist is wearing this silly bird mask or something. Okay, whatever. Then they stat talking about the case. First the chief (or whoever, head guy) starts rattling off statistics about how few rapists are caught. What? Sounded more like a PSA than a debriefing. Then she (Walker) starts talking about the different kinds of rapists. Again, unnecessary information and something I doubt would be in a police debriefing. It was like they were giving speeches in high school or something.

Then there's another female cop who was raped and she and Ally have a contest about who has been more victimized by men.

I missed some, but next I see Ally and the other cop have the rapist cornered, and there's a real chance the other cop's gonna shoot him because a dog is barking and there was a dog barking when she was raped, so...but she holds back and just arrests him.

Then there's another woman, I don't know who she is, but she's in an elevator with a man, and she stabs him to death. I'm sorry, but I don't find it that likely that a woman (who is smaller and weaker) would be able to stab a man to death in such a short time as an elevator ride. Especially when she shows the man the knife, first!

Then, said woman, climbs out of the top of the elevator, and is pursued by another man, whom she sneaks up on and is just about to stab, and when larger man sneaks up on her, jumps on top of her and wrestles her knife away.

However, somehow she miraculously pulls out a gun with the same hand and (pointing it at him) convinces him to get off her. This I found fishy, too. Why wouldn't he wrestle the gun away after just wrestling the knife away? She was too quick? Maybe.

Anyway, she stands up and has the two men in front of her, gun pointed at t hem, when (guess what?) Ally sneaks up behind her and holds a gun on her!

Well, alls well that ends well, I guess.
