So they never really said what her first name was, right?
I watched the season 4 episode, 'Lifeline' and I could have sworn there was this moment where Parker approached an old friend from her high school days in Rome, Giuseppi or something like that and he called her "Monica"...am I being delusional or did he really call her that?

My guess is that its 'Angel', for a couple of reasons.
1) Her dad calls her that all the time. And when you have the captions on, its capitalised even when its mid sentence.
2) In the last movie, the ghost of "Little Miss Parker" says her father calls her "Angel", again capitalised as a name.
As for why no one else calls her that, I think it could be because even as a child, she was rather toughminded and tomboyish. So she wouldnt want to be called by a 'sissy' name, to the point it evolved into more of a private endearment between her and her parents.

when they were asking Steve and Craig they said that when it's back they will tell us her first name and it will be in the first part. The woman who was interviewing them got the chance to see her name and she said it was pretty.

SLM: Everyone would like to know Miss Parker’s first name. Actually, I’ll tell you what. We can...
CVS: The file?
SLM: We’re in the dad’s office, so we’ll just show you that it actually exists. But you have to keep it quiet. Okay?
CVS: Okay?
JB: Okay.
SLM: Miss Parker’s name and the explanation for what it is, don’t open it yet, will be explored and dealt with in how we come back and people will actually find out, actually people will actually have a way to guess and figure it out for themselves. And maybe they will actually tell us, but they’ll have to guess the name that’s in that file.
JB: Oh, my gosh. Okay. (opens file) Ooh! That’s a pretty name. I really like that.
SLM: It is, and it’s tied to her mother’s heritage. That’s not a clue, I’ll give you that.
She is NOT called Monica. It was as some of you had noticed simply Parker.
It is not Angel - certainly not Missy.. so what can it be ?? The creators have left clues a few places in the series. The most likely guess would be "Jo" . Because mr Lyle's name originally was Jan ? I don't think so. BUT her mother used to read her best loved novel to her every night. "Little Women." Catherine Parker said that missP had a lot in common with the main character. Her name is Jo.
Even though Van Sickle and Mitchell won't admit it.....
