When Dawn told Steve that she sprained her fingers, was it because she was fingering herself, or trying to?

And was the "take a look at my fingers" a reference to her "tactile discovery"?

She clearly didn't know what the term finger *beep* meant. So she showed them to Steve thinking he was suppose to be attracted to them and want to *beep* them.

After she hears that Steve finger f'd the other girl there is a scene where she is in the bathroom looking at her finger. Then a couple scenes later she tells Steve she sprained her finger. Obviously she decided to see what it felt like.
