Why is it so difficult to find this movie?

On the internet, the only link to this movie is in another language, and there are no torrents at all. Even on Amazon the only way to have it is on VHS! Is there no way of seeing this movie at all?

I have no idea why it's so hard to find. I've been looking for about a year and I can't find any link for it!

this one is a tough one. I saw this movie once years ago late one night on HBO and I thought it was pretty good.
