TV series

A sequel or remake of Species could work well as a TV show. It could be episodic with the team hunting down aliens each episode like a typical cop show or it could have a running storyline where it’s one or just a few aliens that are the focus throughout the entire series or it could be a combination of both such as something like The X-Files or Stargate where each episode is a self-contained story with a running plot thread throughout the series.
