The ultimate guilty pleasure!

Bad acting, bad story and bad characters...but just the sort of film to watch on a rowdy Saturday night with your mates and your brain left at the door.

William Baldwin did good with his thankless role, but alas, he's no Bruce Willis, Mel Gibson or Sly Stallone who could have done this sort of stuff in their sleep.

And Cindy Crawford? Well, it's Cindy Crawford as herself.

The action powers everything along nicely. I like it when Baldwin waxes those baddies in the car and when his partner gets it between the legs is just plain nasty.

The car chase is pretty good and another explosive highlight is Max crashing his motor into the post. Nice.

I agree, this is a pretty under-rated movie, in my opinion. It really needs a Special Edition DVD soon, as I'm not buying that fullscreen crappy version.

Golf clap? Golf clap.

I agree. It still is one of my guilty pleasures. It's very bad but enjoyable and Cindy Crawford is gorgeous

I liked it when I saw it years ago on first release.
Saw it again recently and discovered nothing's changed...I still like it...Cindy's "acting", weird plot etc. notwithstanding.

The film actually looks good. It's not cheap looking and whilst I rarely get too excited over car chases, the main set chase piece is pretty good.
Definitely seen a lot worse than this over the years.

This movie's one saving grace is a couple of the lines. I mean how can you not love this:

Cop: "If I'd ordered from Domino's I'd have gotten a discount."
Villain: "If you'd ordered from Domino's you'd still be alive."
Villain shoots cop

Pizza guy: "Move out the way! These pizzas are getting cold!"
Villain: "No, you're getting cold."
Villain shoots pizza guy

Classic 90's right there! A lot of what's wrong with movies today could be glossed over with these kind of cheesy dialogue.
