After years, and I mean years, I finally found a copy of this version of Escape to Witch Mountain. Someone had taped it and put it onto a DVD. I had taped it a long time ago, but it got taped over. So I finally have the movie back in my possesion. (I love Erik Von Detten!!) If I knew how I'd make copies but i'm not sure how. So if you've got any tips let me know!

I would absolutely love it if I could get a copy of that DVD somehow. I saw the movie once when I was a kid and adored it, and I have been trying to find it for years. I have DVD's I could send you to copy it for me. If you don't know how to use a DVD burner or don't have one maybe we could work something out, like I send you something for collateral and you send me the DVD, and I burn it a couple of times and send yours back to you (maybe even with a few extra copies for friends), and I would keep a copy for myself and you could send my collateral back to me. Please consider because I just can't get over how much I loved this movie when I was a kid.

if you manage to get a copy perhaps you could send one to me too. i too adored it as a kid and was pretty shocked and upset to learn it was only a tv movie. there are like no pictures, or movie clips or copies at all anywhere on the internet. it's so not fair.

I'd love a copy. Where do you guys live? England, the US, somewhere else? I live in England so obviously if you're somewhere else it wouldn't be sensible for me to copy it, but if someone else did a copy for me as well I'd send you a cheque to cover the DVD and postage etc. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. I saw it so long ago, and have wanted to see it again for ages since.
This is the one where they find each other in the Orphanage, and they don't know who each other is, and they put their hands together and light appears isn't it. I have the old one, but I really want this one. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE... again. It's a vague memory, but it's held and I still keep looking for a copy. I didn't know it was only TV!!!

lol, you will be the most wanted person ever so be careful. it is extremely difficult to get. im till on my search for it. i always prefered to the original. enjoy watching it. once you managed to copy it, u should post it on ebay and u will make a mint. good luck
shareIf any of us manages to snag a copy *which I hope* =)!!! I would be very wary of selling it due to possible copyrighting issues. I would be willing to pay for the DVD as I know others would, but I wouldn't want anyone getting in trouble with the law for piracy.
I have been looking for years to find a copy of this movie. Ebay, amazon.ca, hmv, musicworld, etc., only sell the 1975 version. This remake is by far better. I beg you to make copies and sell them, any way possibly. If you made like 25 copies you could sell them on Ebay for a lot of money. I am willing to pay for a copy of this magnificent children's classic. I have even emailed several coorporations, such as Family Channel, and Walt Disney Pictures, in hopes that they have copies to sell.
It would be amazing of you if you sold people copies.
