It's always amusing to me anytime in TV or movies somebody talks about ghosts and their unfinished business, I always thought that was something that this movie started, least of all this was the first place I'd ever heard it mentioned, and I always remembered that, if there're ghosts, they have unfinished business, the question is with what?
shareAnything that they didn't accomplish when they were alive or couldn't let go of when they died. Casper's unfinished business was his father not being alone. Then, the dad died and passed over, leaving Casper with the Uncles. Doh!

We never really grow up, we only learn how to act in public.
Seeing this old topic, I just got to say, the ghostly trio really doesn't feel like they've got any unfinished business. All they do is pick on Casper and play jokes on the characters. They seem to not have any purpose outside of that. They are just the comic relief.
