"A miscalculation by Ensign Kim causes a fatal crash during Voyager's first test with slipstream travel."

This episode was the one where Ensign Kim thought he was The Shiet and caused Voyager to crash onto an icy world.

I thought this episode was nuts because everybody died on impact. I suppose this was just like the series finale. For sure I thought Ensign Kim wouldn't complete his mission. Then at the end, receiving a note with your own blood on it. Crazy...
