Was this an Outer Limits episode?

I distinctly remember seeing this but I can't find it in the episode synopses for The Outer Limits. Does anyone remember if this was an Outer Limits episode?

The episode features a card which causes the two people holding it to swap bodies. Early on there is a man in a taxi chatting to the driver and he shows the driver a picture of his wife which the taxi driver compliments. Then the driver hands the man a card and suddenly the man is driving the car, looking back at himself. He has swapped bodies - and lives - with the driver. (That's 'lives' like 'plural of life' not 'lives' as in 'he lives with his mom')

At the end of the episode he is being chased by cops and is again in a taxi. He sees a picture of a woman and asks the taxi driver if it's his wife. The driver confirms it is and the guys says she's pretty before handing the driver the card and again he swaps bodies with the taxi driver with the police carting off the man in the back of the taxi, who was him just a second ago.

Yeah, I know it's not a lot to go on. The main things really are the body-swapping card, a taxi driver and a parallel with the guy at the start seeing the man's wife before doing the swap and then the protaganist at the end seeing a picture of the driver's wife before swapping. Almost as though it was 'Yeah, I reckon your life must be pretty okay, you'll do to swap with'. Even though if he was being chased by police you'd imagine he'd be less picky.

I'm pretty sure he didn't know why the police were after him, he didn't know anything about someone's life before swapping with them. If anyone can help me out with identifying this episode that would be your good deed for the year!

It's an episode of the 2002 version of the Twilight Zone.

Thank you, it certainly could well be a Twilight Zone episode and not an Outer Limits episode but I have looked at the descriptions for the 2002 series of Twilight Zone and it doesn't seem to be there either.

Thank you for your help but my search continues.

I'm not entirely sure that he's right. The only body-switching episode I remember from the 2002 "The Twilight Zone" was "Future Trade" and it didn't go anything like that. I don't know if it was "The Outer Limits", though, I just know that it wasn't "The Twilight Zone". Good luck.

It sounds like an episode from the Australian 90's show called "Twisted". I have the 3 episode videotape which contains that episode. The episode was called "Bonus Mileage", but it's been a while since I've watched it, but that sounds like what you are trying to find.
