What went wrong with Season 6 (1999-2000)?

I'll be the first to admit that I wasn't actively watching All That anymore by this point so I don't really have my own personal recollections as an immediate frame of references. I know that Kenan and Kel were gone by this point, and I'm assuming that their absence was the main sticking point. I mean Kenan and Kel were pretty much the faces and backbones of the show (said previously that they were arguably to All That what Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi were to the early years of SNL), so it would be weird to see the the "golden age" era of All That without them.

Patricia Miranda from the Old School Lane podcast said that All That by the year 2000, was simply becoming tired. According to her, by Seasons 4-6, they were relying on some of the same cast members, same skits, and same jokes mixed in with new people (presumably, Nick Cannon, Mark Saul, Leon Frierson, Danny Tamberelli, and Christy Knowlings) that weren't as funny as the original cast members. Plus, the original cast members (especially Josh Server, who was literally, the "last man standing" among the OG crew) looked awkward with the newer cast members since they were getting too old.
