Shawsank is a great movie but as a whole i really think The green mile is the better movie.
I dont usually get teary after watching a movie but some have and the green mile really hit home with the emotions for me no other movie have made me feel so much for a person as i had for john coffey.
Still shawshank is a great movie but at least for me its the second best movie frank did.

I think Green Mile had better acting, especially with Tom Hanks as the lead. However, Shankshank overall felt more focused. Green Mile seemed to jump from one theme to another at times.
I give both films a 10/10
