Actually they are lol 3 is a direct sequel to 1, and was designed as such, 2 and 4 don't really fit and are just side stories

shareI saw part 2 first, and I still like it the best. Honestly I was very disappointed with the original. Part 2 was campy and fun, the first Pumpkinhead film was very, very boring. And don't get me started on the 3rd, it was one of the worst horror films I've ever seen. I haven't seen part 4 yet, and I really don't plan to as its probably like 1 & 3.

The first is a classic, the second one did what NOES 2 did, it broke the rules set by the first film. Three wouldn't have been too bad if not for stupid CGI and the fourth again had bad bad CGI and kind of a pussy Pumpkinhead, although 2 of the deaths were cool. I wouldn't say your the only one, but your in the major major minority.

I liked this one better than the original but the creature was designed the best in the first movie, I liked the fourth one with the Hatfield and McCoy saga as I sat down and watched it, it wasn't that bad, my gripe is with the special effects and design of the creature in that movie, I haven't seen the 3rd movie but from what I've read and heard it's quite abysmal and I probably haven't missed much, had a chance to watch it the other night but the first one was on at the same time so I decided to watch the first.
