... was this movie meant to be, and judging by reviews and ratings very much turned out to be, a clever and masterful satire of potboiler novel books or even potboiler movies as such, but with enough intelligence, great acting, professional cinematography and direction and clever script to be anything but a potboiler in and of ITSELF?
