Tarantino directed only. Those characters that just oozed coolness par excellence, irrespective of their moral compass/ulterior motive. This was difficult but here goes.
Coolest men- 3 Hans Landa
2 Mr. Blonde
1 Jules Winfield
Honorable mention- Ordell Robbie
Coolest women- 3 Go Go Yubari
2 Jackie Brown
1 Beatrix Kiddo
Honorable mention- Mia Wallace

Bill, Budd, Dr.King Shultz, Vincent, and Mr.White could all go above Landa. I'd go 1.Jules 2.Mr.White 3.Mr.Blonde.

Fair enough. But Budd? Maybe back in the day,but in KB 2 he's a shell of his former self.

I kinda liked him though, he had a kind of don't give a *beep* presence about him that felt cool even if he was washed up
