Why did they change it?

When Fabian gets done showering and then sees Bruce Willis sleeping I remember she said "We never catch a break do we?" But I was just watching recently and now she just says "never mind."

Why did they changed this scene?

I know there are different versions. I saw Pulp Fiction two weeks after it's release, with a friend who saw it the night it opened. The version I saw with her had scenes missing.

Check out this link, it might help.http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110912/alternateversions

Before DVD and Blu-ray came out with their alternate footage selling points, the only way to make money off alternate footage was to have different versions in different territories. Otherwise, so much money would have gone down the drain. With the exception of flubbed takes, alternate takes are often used for versions released in the same territory, which is why you often have people remembering different things about the TV and video versions.
