Not a bad film at all, but it's no match for the original.

It wasn't suppose to be.

Might not be a match for the 1st one, but similar to your sentiment, I think this is a good film, and certainly better than the 5.1 rating here at this time. I'd give it a 6.5 if we could give half-points (which I wish IMDB would start to allow...I gave it a 7 because I just could not drop it to a 6, it's better than a 6)

i gave the 1st one a 7 and this one a 6.

First one got made bc Macauly Culkin was a big star then. It was a big hit though so they put this second one into production.
