I can't watch this one of my favorite movies without thinking what a complete loser you are now. This one and bird on a wire. You and your hatred have ruined two good movies for me. Hope your finished in Hollywood.

shareWell maybe I'm just too lenient, but just because someone talks like a crazy man when they get drunk, I won't consider them a loser, lol. And there are years between each drunk comment. Hardly a case to view the person in such a way that you can't enjoy their acting/directing abilities.

Mel Gibson is not a loser, he still is an excellent actor and director and has upcoming projects. He was great in "Get the Gringo". I don't judge people on private arguments that were illegally recorded by a gold digger setting him up especially when that gold digger has done similar things to past boyfriends. If you think Mel Gibson is the only big Hollywood actor to say some shocking things like that(not even really that shocking) in private you are incredibly naive.
Jamie Foxx said he was in a movie about killing a bunch of white people, how great is that, on SNL and has also said he does not trust white people and he still has a career. Listen to the flat out racist things Chris Rock has said in some of his stand up routines, same with george lopez.

100% true. But only one side can say those things and be outlandish and daring. When someone like Mel says it...he's just sooo awful. Thats their thought process....or lack thereof.

Peter you are a shallow A-hole with that thinking. Must be nice to be perfect and never do anything wrong. There are actors i dont care for but i can still enjoy their work as an actor when watching a film.
sharePeterkoss90, you have every right to loathe him, but I still like who you call "a fool." His comments are indefensible, but he is an extremely talented actor and director. He is not a perfect human being and neither am I. Even though George Clooney annoys me big time with his political tirades, (as does most of Hollywood), I can still appreciate his talent and I continue to watch his movies.

I understand your point of view. I have been a fan since 1982 and was very saddened by the events that led to his downfall. I perhaps was more understanding then most, because, through my work at a police department (civilian) I was exposed to a lot of drunken tangents that had little to do
with the actual feelings or opinions of the drunkard, who was usually just trying to get someone riled up (trolling if you will)
Still what Mel said was abhorrent and I was disappointed in him. Then I read the
following article, and I began to forgive him because he was doing all the necessary steps to true repentance.

Just consider this a deceitful evil ex wife who played him and recorded his voice and a drunken night where police was on his face.
Some of the things Mel said was actually true. I have no problems with the Jewish community but they do rule Hollywood with an iron fist. They destroyed him out of stupid drunken recordings.
Ofcourse the real reason was his success with the Passion of Christ. They were gunning from him since that movie.
I still very much enjoy his movies and still rooting for him and I hope he will have a great comeback one day
