Not on Disney Plus!

I was disappointed this one wasn't on DIsney Plus, but i found it on HBO Go. I know its vastly different from the book but I always liked this version

Here I am planning to watch every animated movie produced by Disney and its live action movie counterpart(s). The first movie I watched was the 1967 animated movie "The Jungle Book" which I watched on Disney+; I watched on April 8, 2023 (Holy Saturday). Today, April 9, 2023 (Easter Sunday), I went to Disney+ to watch the 1994 live action movie "The Jungle Book" (the MovieChat Forum I am on now) and was surprised that Disney+ did not have this movie. This movie is a Disney movie right? I wonder why Disney did not include this movie on Disney+.

P.S. I remember watching this movie when it came out to VHS (DVD was not introduced until approximately three years after this movie came out) when I was eleven years old and have not watched in several decades until now that I can remember.
