Yes. It is really not unusual for english people to not know any black people closely. They only make up a very small percentage of the population and it is quite possible that many white people don't know any. I daresay there are also black weddings in England that don't have any white people at them.

Gee, isn't this the most frigging boring question on earth, and it seems to flourish on every board of every successfull movies that happened to depict white environment. What's next, "why no Black people on Chicken Run" or "where are the Blacks in Gravity"? Try to get on and have a life!
shareyes. In fact most of the weddings i hqve been to. Black people only make up a very small percentage of the population in the UK, and it is quite usual for there to be no black people at a white person's wedding.
