Time-stamp for Maxon's Colon Cleanse

It's been a while since I've seen this, but I recall that Maxon, at one point, was engaged in a colon cleanse that had one end of a linen rope hanging from his mouth and the other hanging from the ankle cuff of his pants. I don't think I imagined this, but I was tediously skimming through a crappy online copy of the film trying to find it and was unsuccessful. Can anyone verify the scene exists, and possibly even give a time-stamp for the scene?
