Whatever happened to Curtis after this? How is she doing today?

If you google "Laurisa Anello" its very easy to find out what happened to her and what she is doing today.
I was going through my old video tapes and came across this movie and re-watched it and was then curious about what happened to her, so I just googled her name.
Actually, there nothing comes up on the name Laurisa Anello when I Google it. I jus watched the movie and wanted to find out more about it and couldn't find anything on it. It's kind of hard to believe though since you figured it would have been on some news sites or something. :(

Forgive what? The girl's parents for trying to protect her from him?!?!?! Laurisa was only a young girl & it was highly illegal for him to try to get into a relationship with her!!!

Laurisa is doing fine she is married with 3 kids and Linda and Nelson still live in the same house in st petersburg.
