hey folks around the world! If you want to see good & intelligent cinema from germany, then watch "der himmel über berlin" and his sequel "in weiter ferne so nah", which is even better, in my opinion! great cast, great story and a great cinematography makes it to the best german movie ever made!!

I don't know, I'm a huge fan of Werner Herzog and I like a lot of films he's done. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed Wings Of Desire and Faraway, So Close but Herzog's stuff is just competition.
