Evil Has Many Faces. That tagline sounds like it would be more appropriate for a movie like IT. This is a movie about a killer child who doesn't have many faces, he has one!
I guess they meant it in a metaphorical sense but still.
You wouldn't expect an eleven year-old boy to be evil. That's the meaning.
