What is your favorite part of 'The Fugitive' (1993)?
I love the confrontation between Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones in the sewer.
Ford: "I didn't kill my wife."
Jones: "I don't care!"

'You Switched The Samples!' .... and i always listen to the audience's reaction when Ford then pushes Nichols' arm away..
shareI checked the memorable quotes: you're right. "I didn't kill my wife." I made the edit.
Re your favorite part: You gotta love it when the hero gets to humiliate the villain in front of a crowd.

The helicopter/ambulance chase, progressing into the tunnel, progressing into the underground tunnels ("I don't care!"), to its climax at the dam. I love the whole scene...brilliant thriller material!
You don't...have one of these, do you Jack?
Two moments:
Ford as Kimball scared and shaking with emotion, being grilled by the Chicago cops at the top of the movie.
"You find this man!"
And
Kimball's escape through the lobby of the courts building with Gerard shooting at him through the bulletproof glass.
I enjoyed the conspiracy angle and the confrontation between kimble and his so-called friend Nichols at the presentation
share1.The first 15 minutes to me are true perfection in editing. The way the story unfolds through the court case, to the point Kimble boards the train. Perfection.
2.When Richard finds the ID in the locker. Then Gerard asks Nichols questions, then my favorite part begins. Nichols says: SMARTER. This is when my favorite montage of any film I have ever seen begins. Making I.D.'s, Great shots of Chicago, Marshalls interrogating his friends, Richard researches, Gerard looks out the window, They search Richard's house, and MY FAVORITE movie Score if of all time.
at the end, when tommy lee jones starts addressing kimble, with a loud-booming
"Drr Richard Kimblllee...(+ the whole i know ur innocent speech)...just awesome!
Richard confronting his "best friend" Nichols, after discovering part in the RDU90 plot, and their ensuing fight is my favourite part.

A scene which always stands out to me is the one where Kimble is on the L train and that guy is casually reading the paper w/ Kimble's face on the headline and then he looks up and realizes that he's across from Kimble! That moment is so funny!
shareI've seen this film twice now. You'd think I'd remember that moment.

exactly! an aside, I felt for that cop, but if that man had not been there, he would not have gone to the cop and Sykes would not have turned around to shoot him, and then Kimble may not have had the chance he needed to get Sykes.
I think my favorite part is where the nurse thinks that old man in hospital is eating and drinking like a horse, but it's really our hero.
The sewer scene is obviously great, but I also love the coda to it, when Girard and the two other Marshalls can't find their way out of the dam's tunnels.
shareI forgot that!

"There's no way out of this place!"
The chemistry between the US Marshals is big reason why this movie is so fun to watch.

Any good non-comedy should have at least one or two funny moments. (This one has quite a few.)

I like the Tommy Lee speech aka "What I want from each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse in that area". The critic (90's tv show) does a funny parody of this scene.
shareTommy's team found leg iron handcuffs with no legs attach to them and Tomey feigns surprise at seeing them without a leg.
Tommy Lee's speech about searching every kind of facility and then he tells the cops "Go get him!" Love it.
I love the scene where the police cars were racing down the highway and the side roads to seal off both ends of the tunnel.
Tommy's speech about never argue with the big dog and one of his men lets out a dog bark. Funny.
Finding out that Kimble was in Chicago and one of Tommy's men stated "big dog is never wrong" and Tommy's response was "I knew it was an elevated train."
Finally, Tommy slamming the phone down thus finishing the conversation with his superior regarding killing other fugitive because the guy had a gun to one of Tommy's agents. Also like it when he told the African-American lady to shut the heck up.
Really? I didn't see any. It was entertaining, suspenseful, and tragic, but not funny.
