I swore that, as Annie went into Daphne's (really her) room, she said "No [h]'arm done!" in the most obviously northern accent possible?

Yet the actress is American Cynthia montagne playing a UK southerner, and Daphne (london-born Jane Leeves) only plays a northern English girl. Similar to Sean Bean's real accent.

So how did she get the accent - IF I heard it correctly? From true northern British-born US actor John Mahoney (Marty)?
