I reckon so

Loved Outlaw Josie Wales & Unforgiven. My wish would have been for their to have been an ending plot twist to Unforgiven. Wish that when Little Bill had told William "I'll see you in hell!" before getting his head blown off that William would have said one thing different. If I remember correctly he simply said "yeah", he should have said Josie's line, "I reckon so". Then blown him away. Outlaw JW was set in 1865, Unforgiven theoretically the 1880's. People could have automatically assumed, "holy crap Josie ran off & changed his name to William Munny!" then lived life as an outlaw, only to be saved again. Could have made a great twist at the end. Oh well, maybe Tarantino can do a 2 part remake combining the 2. Would be fun

The characters are too different. William Munny spent his whole life up to the point of meeting Claudia as a boozing, whoring killer of women and children. Josie Wales was not that type of person.
