Is there like, a recruitment place for steel fabricators and welders, that also does terrorist stuff?
I mean,there's about 5 guys that are working in the "steel shop" making the crane parts and they look like regular steel guys, not hired goons who can also weld. One gets a bit handy with Rybeck but the others are just doing steel stuff.

"You're not a welder"
"Yeah well, I also weld..."

How does that happen? Does someone say, "hey, we got a job for you. Good pay, just a days work fast turnover but you get a chopper ride. There are a few things you'll need to consider though..."

Do battleships even have a steel fab shop on board?
