Charles Rane's hair

I just saw a bit of this movie on TV last night with the sound off-- it was the first time I've seen it in like 7 or 8 years. One thing I just noticed this time around watching is that, as stupid of a villain as Charle Rane is, he seems to take great care of his hair. I wonder if Cutter might have defeated him simply by cutting (or 'Cuttering') off his lovely locks, a la Samson?

Just sayin'.
