One of the friends...

I caught this movie at the tail end...tried looking at the cast list, and having no luck. Who is the girl towards the end, the reluctant one, who told Loretta Swit what happened? She had dark shoulder length hair, and was crying as she told the story. And when they had the flash back, she stayed back by the car. She looks SO familiar...any help here would be great.
