Difference between the R rated and unrated dvds?

I own the Australian region 2 & 4 encoded dvd, which is 16x9 1:78:1, but would like to know what's extra from the cut R rated full screen dvd?

Anyone?

simon they cut some of the anal sex scene between the lady vampire and the cop. She takes out a condom but then tosses it away.

It's interesting that the version at Vudu, though marked R, is the unrated version. Just watched it, and all the scenes listed at the movie-censorship.com site are in it.
