Is this the movie I'm thinking of?

I think I saw this on video in 1992. I couldn't remember the title, so I asked about it on an IMDB board, and somebody suggested it might be "Illicit Behavior." I remember the female lead character telling her husband that she was molested by her brother as a kid. The husband then beat the brother to death. It turned out that she lied about being molested to trick her husband into killing her brother so that she could receive an inheritance from her parents. The female lead was a very seductive woman. Is this the right movie?

If this is the movie I'm thinking of, I wish they would release this on DVD.

Uh, I just watched it, and it is the movie.

There is, however, a ginormous problem with the narrative. The father of the incestuous brother and sister bequeathed the bar/club/restaurant to the brother, and the land it was on to the sister. The sister could not sell the land AS LONG AS THE BROTHER WAS RUNNING THE BAR etc. Brother dies. His wife shows up, demanding Sis split the $2 million the land is allegedly worth with her and her kids. She produces a copy of the father’s will. She produces NO COPY AT ALL of her late hubby’s will. In short, hubby never passed the land along to his kin. The wife’s legal claim to it is NOTHING; yet, in the denouement, we’re told that she collected. Bullshit. The state would have taken the land.
