Dracula should kill way more people

This movie makes Dracula a romantic hero, and immensely reduces the danger he should be.
The body count is so low he is barely a threat.
Other than Lucy what has he got to show?

I wish, by the very end, he kills every man fighting him, but he ultimately dies because they gravely injure him. But he still kills them.
