I recall back in the day, one of Indy's girlfriends got shot and she died in his arms. Does anyone recall the episode. I think she was an heiress.

It was in the episode 'Istanbul, September 1918'. On the dvd-release of the series it is part of the episode 'Masks of evil'.

You are both right. Indy has a girlfriend and a fiancee both die in separate episodes.

Poor guy, Indy had the worst fate with the women he loved.
