Easily Charles yelling "The Poooooooowwwwwwweerrrr" and "I can't lead anybody!" He had a very specific endearing whine he brought to every line.

Kelly's "You can't do that, I'm a United States senator!" was great.

So was, and maybe best, Gambit in "Love in Vain," "Wolverine don't normally make sense but this makes less sense than usual."

S1 - Slave Island

After Gambit gets the key from Cable to remove the collar on his neck in Genosha, he goes in and rescues Jubilee and Storm. He carries Jubilee on his shoulder and on his way out says

Gambit "How do you sweat so much, petite, and not lose weight?"
Jubilee "Grrr, I HATE YOU!"
