In the manga Usagi is my favorite! In the anime it's definitely Haruka, and then Michiru. They are sooo cool. In PGSM, it's everyone because that series did such a good job with character development.
shareSailor Moon was always my favorite by far. My friends all matched the senshi personalities with our own, and I was her. We had everyone, including Outer Senshi, Chibi and ChibiChibi Moon. :) We even made our own costumes for Halloween one year and they actually looked awesome!

Sailor Jupiter. I loved her voice in the english dub (although I prefer watching the original japanese version). Having electrical attacks is awsome.

Sailor Saturn, I love her personality and the fact that her faith in Usagi is amazing. The smartest senshi, imho, and the one with the most interesting powers. The concept of destruction and rebirth really caught my eye. And I love the music they have for her in STARS.
Sailor Neptune, her civilan personality is so cool. Violinist? Artist? I love her insight. She's really funny too. Stars, anyone? I love how her relationship with Haruka was developed.
Chibi chibi, she's just funny as hell. She has amazing moments in the series. I love that episode with the old man that gives her sweets. And the one where the senshi's go camping. And when she throws cake at Seiya! love her.

When I first started watching the show, It was a hard choice between Rei & Makoto. Rei won out because of her psychic ability, because of a long facination with the paranormal. Once I got to see the outer senshi, I got to liking Setsuna best because she whispered her attack and I thought that was just the coolest.

Agreed, Chibiusa and Mercury/Ami are the worst - and the only ones I never liked. Chibiusa is obnoxiously annoying, and Ami is so bland, I also found her quite presumptuous at times.

I have gone through mini phases, but if I absolutely had to pick only one to rule them all, it would just have to be SailorMoon. If I am given even an inch to list one more, it would be Saturn. For me, they are practically tied. Choosing one over the other is really splitting hairs.
That said, I love Neptune and Uranus. Overall, I gravitate toward the Outer Senshi much more. I love their sense of duty and strength. I love the way they interact with each other like true sisters-in-arms, who become more and more like family as time goes on.
When I was younger and first watched the series, before the Outers were introduced, I loved Mercury. Of the inner senshi, she is probably my favorite. Although, everyone always said I reminded them of Jupiter… so because of that I always had a soft spot for her.
