I was 11 when T2 released in 91. O never saw it on the big screen. While I'm not a fan of 3D, if it's gotta be done, Cameron is the man for the job. I'd still prefer a remastered standard version, but I'll definitely see this new version.
What are your thoughts on resurrecting a classic w a new coat of paint like this?

Usually I don't care about the 3D and even less about remastering old movie into the format... But I can see it could serve T2 actually.

There's also a new 4k bluray release coming in October alongside a new collectors edition endoskeleton arm replica display.
Hope Cameron can find a few minutes to OK a True Lies and The Abyss bluray sometime soon.
