Hey everybody! im proud to say that my dad is sam resnick and wrote this wonderful film! unfortunately due to costners TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP this did not get even close to as much credit as it deserves. whose with me on that one? the dramatics that went in to the making of this are pretty ridiculous. basically the bottom line is that it should have been with out a doubt released in theaters and at least on DVD. BEST VERSION EVER MADE! EVERYONE GO SEE IT! :D

No trolling, flaming or spammingā¦trolling and spamming are usually clean cut violationsā¦not a lot of gray area. Flaming is one that can be tricky. Conversations turn to debates and sometimes in the heat of the exchange insults can fly. I'm not going to concern myself with situations like that. I would hope

This is a list of prohibited content. The restrictions are fairly reasonableā¦but I have eliminated two alreadyā¦and if there is a consensus regarding othersā¦modifications can be tailored to suit the audienceš
No pornā¦not so concerned with content of a sexual themeā¦but no actual sexual imagesā¦unless tastefully artisticš
The next three restrictions are basically covered in the trolling/flaming section.
The next few are about hacking and identity theftā¦don't do it!
And finally don't post illegal contentā¦as if that needed to be written downš

How I will be enforcing rulesā¦fairly I hopeš I'm not one for giving warningsā¦and I hope to never have to ban a user. I'd like to think that most problems can be resolved by conversation. So that will be my primary approach. I see something that breaks a ruleā¦I'll contact the member and see if a solution can be arrived at without taking official action.
Obviously some situations will inevitably require punishment. Here I would use the three strike warning systemā¦then banning I supposeā¦but any ban would entitle the recipient to an actual appeal process like is touted at MC. This isā¦unfortunatelyā¦a ruse at moviechat! One that really bothers me as I have been a victim of itā¦and have seen numerous others made a fool of by moderators suggesting an appealā¦full well knowing it DOES NOT EXIST! That is cowardice plain and simple!
That's it for now. Down the road I'd like to utilize polls to better streamline the board for what you all would like to see. Things like rules I'd want your input onš visual additionsš and I'll need three members to volunteer to be the ones that review appeals should the day come where they are neededš
