I doubt that Richie loved his girlfriend

I mean if he truly loved her, he wouldn't have sex with the prostitute after he killed his girlfriend (Richie's girlfriend) who cheated, and Bobby. Like Gino said he's always with different woman. Therefore I doubt that he loved her. I think that he saw his girlfriend(s) as his property, and killed Bobby just because he touched his property and killed his girlfriend (Richie's girlfriend) because he thought that he could cheat all he wanted but she couldn't cheat. DO what I am saying make any sense?
