When will Disney release this?

You want to know the worst part, if Disney really didn't want to release it under their banner, then how come they couldn't give it to Touchstone (which they still own). They gave Mononoke to Miramax because it was too adult for the Disney banner, a company they owned at the time for their adult stuff, then how come Disney can't make an uncut English version of Only Yesterday and release it under Touchstone? I want an answer to this, Touchstone has R-rated films release from them, so why can't Only Yesterday, which, based on the parents guide, is no worse than a PG-13 be released by Touchstone? It's just so irritating that they just won't release it from their adult company.
