This movie internationally has a hell of a cult following

Can't believe there hasn't been a sequel.

Not exactly high budget

Thereis a sequal, it is unofficial though.

The first movie was a box office bomb in Hong Kong despite it doing rather well in Japan (as it should have done since it was an extremely faithful recreation of the comic book).
