Michael Lerner as Jack Lipnick

I really don't remember John Goodman for the most part, but I fondly Michael Lerner having an excellent non-stop talkie performance with smart dialogue out of his character, despite only being in three scenes. I think he may have been nominated for the SAG awards had it existed back then (they tend to use outstanding very correctly, as opposed to best performance.)
