The 1995 season was so disjointed with the story lines. Frankie moves to Japan - Mitch hasn't been seen and remains missing, Teddy dates Falkoner's murderer, and Lucky is still in the show? And then there's ALex with the euthanasia, Norma carrying Big Al's baby - it seriously went downhill when Frankie left the series - anyone know why?

shareJulianne Phillips (like the other 3 actresses) signed a 5 year contract. She hadn't given much thought to additional seasons and when NBC wanted to continue the show she simply wasn't interested. It was a nice touch having her appear in the final episode. Wouldn't have been the same without her.
shareJohn comes back and we learn he still does care about the kids. Mitch has no idea what his child Kat is even doing. They dropped Lucky when Julianne left though. Shame bc the two of them together were really HOT!!
