Anyone else sad the show is no more?

I saw this when I was a kid and loved the show and I never finished the series. Anyway, I bought the DVD set a month ago to relive those times when I watched it when I was a kid and to finish the series properly.. What's surprising is how well it still holds up today. It's still better than most of the junk that's on tv.

Now that I've reached to the end, it makes me feel sad that such a great creative show (with brilliant actors and great stories) never got given the chance to go further. It held so much promise and various avenues to go, but for whatever reason they decide to pull the plug.

I am not just sad that it's gone, but sad that for all those involved,(for some) this was there biggest thing for them, and now it's gone and they won't have the same opportunity again.

I love this show and I enjoy it now even more than before because now I understand more subtle references and lines. It truly was excellent at the time and aged well if you asked me. It seems unfair that we only got 19 episodes...

I never watched this show when it was airing on tv. I actually just caught it this year on Netflix after a friend recommended it to me since I love stuff like Goosebumps, Are You Afraid of the Dark, and So Weird (Actually I'm surprised I never did catch this back in the day, with my record...).

I have since watched it over and over, loving it more and more, and growing increasingly frustrated it ended too soon. I mean so many unanswered questions. I wish they were able to create ONE last episode that got into the story of Dash X and why Marshall is somehow involved in all of these weird events. Not even a summary is circulating the internet to answer these questions. I WANT TO KNOW!

In a way, I actually like that it's left open and unanswered, because usually I find endings to brilliant shows like this disappointing.

The show hasn't dated as much as I expected, it's still as entertaining as it was when I was younger. I agree with the OP about it being creative and having a great cast. Omri Katz is especially likeable. It’s a shame it didn’t last longer, there were plenty of stories left to tell.
