IMO how good would this movie be if it wasn't for Casey Jones?

I personally thought Elias Koteas's performance as Casey Jones really makes the movie and he stole every scene he was in, I don't think this TMNT film would've been nearly as good if it wasn't for Elias Koteas's performance as Casey Jones (I wish he would've appeared in TMNT II).
