I saw this in Panama in 1994, but it had different scenes

I was in the military and lived in downtown Panama City, Panama for a couple of years. The heat and humidity were unbelievable. My apartment had one room with a window A/C so I stayed in there all the time. All the furniture in all the other rooms were destroyed by the super high heat/humidity and pollution that came in through the screen windows.

Anyway, one day this movie came on the local Panamanian TV network. If they showed an American movie you could hear it in English with Spanish subtitles below. I believe this movie came on but there was one scene where Henry and Otis were in the car and a lady and her daughter were walking outside and Henry says "Does she turn you on?" and Otis goes "which one?" and they both laugh. Then, a little later on there was a really disturbing scene where they both were attacking a woman and one of them slits her throat, very graphic.

I just watched this movie for the first time in over 25 years. The above 2 scenes aren't in the movie, but the scene where Henry discards Becky's suitcase at the end of the film is still included. Maybe the two missing scenes have been cut out but also maybe I saw a similar movie back in 1994? The actors even look a lot different from what I remember.
