So bad it's good?

I just learned of this movie being the lowest rated movie Denzel has yet to make. Having not seen it yet, my question is, is it the "good" sort of "bad"? As in The Room, Sharknado, Plan 9 - if I watch it with a bunch of friends, are we going to be able to laugh at it (rather than with it)?
